Miss Susan is super passionate about dance and watching the growth in her students, both personally and with their dancing, makes her heart smile!

Her favorite things to do besides dancing are watching the NBA and HGTV, traveling, reading (Miss Susan was the former Community Relations Manager for Barnes & Noble in Holland, MI, before moving to Savannah), and caring for animals (neighborhood cat lady!). Opening OFF BROADWAY has been a dream come true.  Her dance studio and her dance family makes her life complete!

Jane grew up in Savannah and began taking dance classes at the age of 2.  She continued to dance regularly until the age of 26.  She studied tap, ballet, pointe, lyrical, jazz, baton, hula, and tumbling.  Her favorite genres of dance are tap and ballet.  After her first child was born, Jane began teaching with focus primarily on tap, ballet, jazz, and tumbling.  She was a majorette in middle school and high school and performed at many dance competitions and community events.  Jane is married to Kenny Yaklin and has two sons- Hunter and Logan.  She has one daughter, Lacey, with whom she has been blessed to share the world of dance.  When she is not dancing, Jane is an Occupational Therapist in private practice at Coastal Pediatric Therapies and the Matthew Reardon Center for Autism. She is most excited to be a part of the wonderful team at Off Broadway!

Ashley Morris is a 2015 graduate from Kansas State University where she received a bachelor of science degree in interior design.  Ashley is originally from Kansas City, KS but recently, she moved to Ft Stewart with her husband and 1 year old son. She is a local Georgia licensed REALTOR here with Coldwell Banker Southern Coast, willing to help anyone with their real estate needs. She is so excited to finally be in a place with warm and sunny weather!

While in college, Ashley was a member of the KSU Dance Team three years. She had the opportunity, each year, to go to NDA collegiate camp and in 2012 be on the nationals team and perform among her best friends in Daytona, FL. After college Ashley went on to cheer in the NFL for the Kansas City Chiefs for four years. Throughout her time on the team she was selected to represent her team twice in attending ProAction Dance, served her 4th year as her groups Co-Captain, and was nominated for Pro Bowl in the 2018 season.

When she moved to Savannah she knew she wanted to find a studio to teach at with a great dance family! Dancing has been such a major part of her life and she hopes to help other dancers lives change because of dance as well. She will be teaching jazz and hip hop classes. Ashley is excited to get to work with everyone and keep them growing as dancers and as young people.
